Abstract
|
|
|
The comparative study on the Agglutination inhibition activities to mouse red blood cells and adsorption activities to´ human red blood cells of phytagglutinin, Caragana Chamlagu was carried out in 100 cases of human sera and 100 cases of human red blood cells for the understanding about each relationships.
The results were as follows:
1. Phytagglutinin, C. Chamlagu was reacted as a pan-phytagglutinin to human red blood cells and mouse blood cells.
2. In 100 cases of human sera, the agglutination inhibitor by C. Chamlagu and mouse red blood cells was 68 cases(CCI ? M 68 %) and non?inhibitor was 32 cases (CCN ?M-=32%). In agglutination of absorbed C. Chamlagu with 100 cases of human red blood cells, the positive reaction(ab. C(+)) was 63 cases(63%), and the negative reaction (ab. C(?)) was 37 cases (37 %) .
3. There was no statistical significance between the aggoutination inhibition activities of C. Chamlagu by mouse red blood cells and the adsorption activities by human red blood cells.d.
